WHY RS VOYAGES?Booking is the easy part.
RS Voyages grew out of years spent working across international teams at global brands, where we learned that booking travel and planning travel are two very different things.
Corporate travel agents could execute a reservation. But when a trip stretched across multiple cities or countries, built around market visits, meetings, leadership schedules and individual preferences, someone still had to determine what the trip should actually look like.
Again and again, that work happened before the travel agent ever touched the reservation.
RS Collective founder Alice Luo Perkins spent more than 15 years working across international markets in fashion and retail. Complex travel became part of the job: researching routes, comparing timing and cost, understanding how an itinerary would affect the people taking it and ultimately determining what should be booked.
RS Voyages turns that experience into a service. We bring that same level of thought and care to business travel, offsites, retreats and private trips.
Our Approach-
We start with the purpose of the trip, the people traveling and the priorities that matter most.

We narrow the field, explain the tradeoffs and bring you considered recommendations rather than an overwhelming list of possibilities.

Once the plan feels right, we move from recommendations to reservations, handling or coordinating the bookings, vendors and logistics needed to bring it together.

Then it's time to go. For larger offsites, retreats and group experiences, on-site or day-of support can be built into the engagement when needed.

Afterward, we want to know what worked, what didn't and what we'd do differently next time. For repeat clients, those learnings become part of the next trip, making every experience more personal, more seamless and easier to plan.
